Below are the standard services we offer in our conference package. As upgrades, we also offer Housing Collection and Full Meeting Management services.

Standard Conference Package

This package is intended for clients staying in campus residence halls or apartments. We provide:

  • Housing Management
    • University housing in campus residence halls or apartments
    • Check-in and check-out services
    • Light housekeeping and weekly linen service
    • Shuttles to and from the airport on arrival and departure days
    • Meal times and dining commons location arrangements (if applicable)*
    • Optional online housing fee collection
  • Conference Meeting Support
    • Location reservations for meetings and special events
    • Audio-visual planning and support
    • Special events, exhibits, & poster sessions support

*Groups staying in the residence halls will have dining commons meals included as part of their room and board package. Meals are optional for groups staying in campus apartments.
